How to use an If Statement in .bat file to run one of two options

I'm writing a Windows batch file to enable or disable a Windows Service.

Is it possible to have a line or set of lines in the file which will allow the user to enable or disable the service based on a binary option?

Kind of how some CMD prompt actions ask you for a (Y / N) parameter.
