Current tag displaying more than one tag name in Shopify

I am displaying the product tags. If the user clicked on All products filter then elsif will display only first single tag. If the user clicks on any current tag then it will display on the current tag name.

My else part is working perfectly I am getting the issue on the current tag I mean if the user clicks on current and I am getting more than one tag. I need the only one name of the current tag.
