Will to much if else condition in one page in ionic will effect application speed and performance?

I am working in an Ionic Application and I got I stuck with two choices either to build every single page for each UI design or use dynamic if condition on one main page for that particular.Please consider multiple roles application. So my question is Will to much if else condition in one page in ionic will effect application speed and performance ?
