How do you get a selected piece of data matching to a user in parse

I have an app that will be available in multiple countries and i have save users country information in _User in parse i need to get the country data from parse and create an if statement for where the users is. For example i live in the UK this information is store in my countries column in parse and another person that lives in the US and i would like to show different information for different countries.
