Weighted trendline in Excel

Thanks to Lori_M, I found the answer to this question as:

LINEST(y*w^0.5,IF({1,0},1,x)*w^0.5,FALSE,TRUE)

But I am not understanding how this formula is working??

What is excel doing with " IF({1,0},1,x) " ? What is {1,0}?
