Problems solving "while" loop when validating input [on hold]

I'm a newbie when it comes to programming but I'm trying to create i program to validate a certain nr within a boolean expression ( if- statement ). But I want the program to return to the first "input" when validation states "false". Where in the code should i use the while operator ?
