After a lot of Google Finally I am here Just create a simple batch file `

@ECHO off ping 8.8.8.8 -t -l 0   named KeepOnline.bat

Upon run it.It connects with Google Public Dns and shows your Connected Internet connection.

How to CALL, Run or Execute this another batch file

  C:\Users\Yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft
     \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\KeepAlive.bat

Containing these Commands

rasdial connectionname username password
the connection that i want to autoconnect
username of network
password of network

    @ECHO off ping 8.8.8.8 -t -l 0   give result or Status
     PING: Transmit failed. General failure.

upon disconnected from Internet.
