JMeter: How to create control statement on foreach controller to control post data on form http request

I have foreach controller on my JMeter test plan, I just realized every http request on it has different request body when doing http request.

I have tried if controller for solving this issue, but it doesn't work.

Any of you guys have solutions to solve that issue?
