While and Console.Writeline in c#

The 1st question, is how do i stop the while loop while its going? i would like to make a code that runs untill i stop pressing the arrow key. How would i do something like that?

Next question is how do i stop a loop while its going? lets say i want to do so if i write 1 in the previous question, it will automatically go out of loop. So if i do an "if" statement, and then break; so it will just go out of if, how do i do it?

Next question is if im running a timer loop, that is always showing time, how do i let the user give input, without making the loop stop and wait for his input?

last question, is how can i make it, so if i want to make a console writeline, that if i press the arrow key, it will move an arrow to that side, whithout having to right like 10,000 lines of codes for each and every situation im in? if there is a way, i would love to know(like makeing it move to the right or idk xD) Thanks in advance
