Function to copy data from multiple cells and display in a new excel spreadsheet

I use the function listed below to copy data from single cells and display that data in a new sheet in the same workbook. How do I do this for multiple cells or sections? I am not sure how to write up the range.

=IF(RequestForm!B3=0,"",RequestForm!B3)
