Temperature Calculator for Java

I would like your assistance on an upcoming assignment. I did some research and was able to come up with similar questions but no one was having the same issue as I am. I am receiving errors during compilation. Its expecting a .class. I don't think it should require one. Im pretty new at coding so forgive my ignorance. I also would like some guidance on how to nullify Case when the user inputs C or F so they can put c or f and not get an error messages. Thank you
