Minimum number of conditions and sql queries. Suggestion with example

This is the image of my search module. User can search car by setting any field he wants. Can anyone please tell me minimum number of conditions and sql queries required to take all possible combinations of search. I am using c# and if-else statements, that will require more then 100 conditions. Kindly help
