Excel - Compare cells in two workbooks and copy cell info

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Workbook 1 (WB1) has client numbers and addresses and corresponding notes.

I need:
If (client number) & (client address) in WB1 matches (client number) & (client address) in WB2, then the notes in WB1 is copied into the notes field in WB2.

The client number and client address would need to be matched to some place in WB1.

Example:
Workbook 1
Client #:123456789 [Column G]
Client Address: 123 Main St Anytown, USA 12345 [Column I]
Notes: Client is a Child [Column 0]

Workbook 2
Client #:123456789 [Column J]
Client Address: 123 Main St Anytown, USA 12345 [Column M]
Notes: Empty (need to copy from WB1) [Column T]
