I have a data set with 1500 random numbers, I set the random number seed to 35 and my beta is 3.5. I am trying to determine the quantile values for 0.025 and 0.975 probabilities. I then am needing to determine what percentage of random number data fall out outside this range, using if else statements. I am at a loss for how to start this. Any help is appreciated.
