if else. got stacked on something small. java

i have to write program, wich takes user input. in first case if input is in range of 1-5 answer shoudl be number is even or odd, second case range should be beatween 6-15, where answer should be, entered numbers can be divided by 3 or not without remaidner. and the rest of case is any ather entered number is positive, negative even or odd. if Zero is entered output shoudl be ZERO. sepereatly im doing it fine, but cant combine, need some fresh ideas oh, mission is to use only if else statement, nothing more. for example when i put 0 it says you have entered even numeber you have enetred Zero together, reason is obvious why, but thats a best i managed to do till now.
