Excel in Mac query regarding dates

I have a worksheet in Excel:

Activity column A Start date column B End date column C

there is a target days 2 to complete activity, i want to check whether a particular person able to achieved within target date then yes if no then to show how much days or time he missed. I am using Mac with office 2015 version 15.12.3
