python function does not seem to be looping correctly

I wrote a function that asks the user some information. At the end of the ask it will prompt the user to make sure if its correct. If yes or y then the function should continue. If else it should repeat the questions. I cant figure out why the functions stops regardless of what the user enters:

What I expect to happen from the above, if the user enters anything other than yes or y it will re-run runTerraform() , which prompts the user for the information again until it is correct. Once it is correct it will go through an run the rest of the functions

When answer is not yes or y

It should have re-asked the questions again.

When answer is indeed yes or y :

Secret Key: asdfads
Your full name is: asdfads

Is the information above correct? (y or n)y

^ this is correct.

What am I missing when the condition is not "yes" or "y" that is preventing the function to ask the questions again?
