Return value if column and row exist

I am looking for exact formulas in tab A to pull from Tab B if the Tab B's Column and lines categories might or might not exist depending on the day. Ideally, value would return 0 if column/line category does not exist in day x. Not sure if this is a "match" or a "if" or a "vlookup" or an "index" formula but can't figure it out.
