Excel IF function with 3 or more conditions

I need to create a auto-populate formula for a group of sales reps that earn bonus' if they hit a certain minimum of sales/hr.

Lets say column K1 is "bonus amount". L1 is "Sales/hr"

I have reps across the country. Bonus guidelines for reps in Quebec, with 2 levels they could hit. Bonus guidelines for the rest of Canada with 3 levels they could hit, and lastly a certain drug store (province is irrelevant in this one) with 3 levels they could hit.

****WHAT I NEED**** I need to auto-populate the bonus amount earned in the "bonus amount" column; K1 for the rep.

In another sheet i have a table-array of (1)Quebec reps, Rest of Canada reps (2) and the certain drug store reps (3). See below

What is the formula that will populate the bonus amount for a given rep in a given guideline earning one of the bonus'?
