Need help resolving php if has_term issues displaying parent catagories

I know this might be alot to ask and please bare with me.

I have

<?php if( has_term('viola-chan','product_cat') ) { ?>
 my video html code
<?php } ?> 

and I need the video to only display on the sub category page http://ift.tt/2wAGGTn

but it is showing up on other parent pages
