wHEN VALUE MATCHED RETURN VALUE AT THE INTERSECTION

Is it possible in excel with IF function to set checking if any value from the range (e.g. the whole B column) matches the column name (one cell), then return the intersection of this found row and the column name, while also keeping other IF test?

For example, I have been doing the following problem:

I have a table

Name Training welcome day night mark welcome 1
mark two
mark day 1
mark some
Polyak day 1
Polyak night 1 Polyak one
Polyak two
avril day 1
avril night 1

So in the main field whenever the training for a person matches one of the three trainings names in the header row, it returns one. I want to have only one row for a person, but so that all the trainings he/she did are dispayed in the same row with 1 (and not having 3 rows with mark), like this: Name Welcome Day Night Mark 1 1 Polyak 1 1 Avril 1 1

Can somebody help me with the formulas needed for such an operation in excel?

I would be very thankful!
