zero division error with loop and if statements

[hello guys and thank you for all that try to help my problem is that no matter what I try it keeps giving me the same error 1/0

I tried except ZeroDivisionError as e: print('Nan') but it didn't work too because after printing 'Nan' it breaks the loop

if someone has any way to make it work for all .csv files even if they have zero it will help me a lot thank you !]1
