Python - Loops - If

Well, I have an issue on a programm that I write and here it is: I need to get specific repetitions (given by the user) of if statements inside if statements(like a tree of ifs) but I can't write all the ifs, because the user may want more and more.. To give you the idea the difference, between second if and the first if, is that on the same commands a variable gets + 1 each time.
