IF, MATCH, Row Duplication

I'm essentially just looking for a formula to look in Column K for 'Telephone', and Column J for 'Basket 1', and duplicate that row into a static row farther down.(D14) and from that I could essentially just duplicate the formula to look for Telephone/Basket 2, Online Basket 1.etc as per notes below)). If no data exists, Just a blank box will be displayed.

Notes; -The range of Data i'm looking in is from D4:AB9, (specifically rows 4/5/6/7/8/9 and the length goes from D-AB)

-Column K can have "Telephone, Online, and Retail" options for ordering, and each of those could have "Basket 1, and Basket 2" in Column J. (essentially making 6 combinations)

Where I get stuck is that because of the fact that depending on orders and times, I could have one row of data, or 6 total rows of data, in random order. The staticness will assist every other formula I have.
