=If(and( is Not working

Hi all,

Im struggling with an IF(And formular, I have so far attempted the following two formulars.

IF(AND(($J5="TRUE"),SEARCH("Diff",$K5)),"Change","No Change")

IF(AND((L6="TRUE"),(M6="Different")),"Change", "No Change")

I have tried the above but all I seem to get in is No Change coming up even though the criteria has been met.

Can anyone suggest a solution?
