excel weibull simulation/ if-statement

I am trying to create a failure distribution for a system with 2 failure modes. if one mode fails, then the whole system fails. this situation is similar to a Boolean "if/or" statement. how would I represent that in a numerical method. (for an example, an "and" statement would constitute addition of some sorts). any help on how to create this simulation would help. thanks
