Referring and retrieving the value of any filled cell in a range of columns in Excel VBA

As it's shown in the attached picture - I am in need to formulate the most appropriate VBA code statement for the certain range of cells(for example G5:N57). If any of the consisting cells is filled with numeric value, then the value of the certain cell in the related worksheet is equating to the intersected cell in column B. For example, if the cell H5 contains number, then the program should retrieve the value of the cell B5. Thank you in advance!
