nested if and statement

I need to write a function that answer this:

if J2 is greater than 1 and less than 2 show 1, if J2 is greater than or equal to 2 and less than 5 show 2, if J2 is greater than or equal to 5 and less than 13 show 3, if J2 is greater than or equal to 13 and less than 19 show 4, if J2 is greater than or equal to 19 and less than 25 show 5, if J2 is greater than or equal to 25 show 6
