IF and SEQUENCE in excel

I have a list of dates in column A. In Column B I have either #NA or 0 as it works out when a sequence must begin. In Column C where there is a 0 in Column B I want it to put a SEQUENCE of 0 to 22 in the rows below. If I put an IF and SEQUENCE in Column C I get a Spill error as the next cell below has the IF and SEQUENCE formula.
