I'm not sure why my if/else if aren't working, [on hold]

My program is jumping right through my if/else-if mess to the else and printing "invalid part number..." etc. etc. I've tried playing with it to no real success. I have a very basic grasp of the language, and simply don't understand what's going wrong.

When I didn't have as many else if statements, the code was working to a point. It would display that the delivery method was standard, but after I added everything else, it started jumping right to the "else" statement.
