how to execute an if statement in php when both condition are true

I'm trying to display a new list of prices for when a customer select both input radio button (both products). For example, display a new pricing if customer select product #1 and product #2 on the checkout page. Can I execute an if statement when both condition are true? Any help would be greatly appreciate it, I have been stuck on this for days. Thank you.
