If Condition between two columns in two tables in power BI

I want to get a calculated column to display "Yes" if the (DateTable[Latweek])="Yes" and if (VW_Sana_Account[New_Mal)=1 Display "Yes" otherwise "No".I have tried but it popup errors and its not allowed me to select both tables.these two tables dont have any relationships.Can anyone help me on this?
