Excel VBA - use the if and to clear(not delete) the cell B1 which does not meet criteria in the cell A1. Same for 24 lines below

In column A there are 24 titles. In column B there's similar data but I want to create a "Private Sub CommandButton3_Click()" in order to clear contents from column B1 cell in which text does not equals to A1 cell. Same should be done for all 24 lines down the table. Can You please help with the code flow?
