Is it possible To Make an if statement for when a selenium browser has a specific link?

I am trying to make an autofill for information during checkout for a website called yeezysupply, but this website randomly lets you purchase an item at a random time (the website only allows some people to add to cart at random points in time, essentially a lottery), so I was wondering is it possible to make it so that when I finally have an item in my checkout, how can I make it so that it autofills the information. Also I know this probably has to include a loop of some sort, but I don't really know how I would do it if anybody could walk me through it that would be great. Basically if you get through the queue for a product, you will have an option to purchase, and then only you can go to checkout. Also is there a way to determine if you get through the queue on a certain browser?
