How to created a login page for three user classes in php laravel(Admin,Doctor,Patient) using if statement?

I already created a login page in My healthcare system. But i want to divide it to three user classes Admin,Doctor,Patient If it possible please help me to doing thank you.can I use if or switch statement to doing?
