How to return the text of the cell amongst a row of cells that all have functions but show blank?

The result I want to achieve is:

For row 468, if X468=1, then Y468 will return the value of V468. How should I type in the function?

As you can see for cell R468:W468, whether the cell shows blank or not, they all have a function.
