VBA for conditional formatting duplicate with if

I would like to make a VBA code, which only searches a range of cells in the column T, if a condition in other columns (same lines) is fulfilled. It searches for duplicates just the range, where this condition is the same. For example, only if in the column U is written a specific value. In conclusion, I would like to check all the ranges in the image and if the value is the same in column U, compare the values in column T and return the duplicates as red. See result image here.
