vba show message box based on condition

I've been around and around regarding this, so hopefully someone here can help me. I have a workbook with a lot of worksheets (employee names). When I change tabs to a different employee, I want to pop up a message box if cell C64 has a value of 0.0. I've tried a number of things, all under the Private Sub Worksheet_Change(), but nothing seems to work.
