excel if statement - if Cell A contains this from Cell B then on sheet to match the word and grab the data from another column

This is best explained with an example.

If, for example, Sheet1 cell A4 has the word "Art Blocks" in it, how do I match it to Sheet2 cell b7 which also has Art Blocks in it, and then grab the data Floor Price from sheet 2 on the same line as Art Blocks into a cell next to sheet 1 a4.

I know this is a confusing question but any help would be greatly appreciated.
