How to implement IF, AND, THEN, ELSE together in Excel?

I have a formula for the best combinations of order that I can order in bulk. Let's say the formula is "X". I want it so that IF (X = an integer value, THEN set another to 0 AND increment another cell by 1, ELSE keep whatever value is inside). This is proving a bit tricky because the only AND examples I have seen are (IF(AND(A1<3, B1 > 4), value if true, value if false).

Additionally, I have looked high and low to see if there is a way to keep the content of the cell as is, if the condition is not met.
