I'm using Visual Studio 2019 and I need help in a C# code where I'm using double and I need help using the if statements

The if statements don't work in the code. (Because I can't write them correctly since I'm new to coding.) I have to use double and if in this code. I need to print responses on the screen based on the option they choose and I need to use if statements for it.
