Is there an excel function/s which would allow me to count the number of entries in a block of cells and return a specific result on another sheet?

I am working on a behaviour and consequence excel project.

So, what I am trying to do is use a function that would track the count of the entries added in the range of cells from C20 to W26 and based on the amount of entries across that range (lets say 5 entries total within the range) I would would then want to reference the count in another sheet. I would want this to do this in multiples of 5, i.e, each time I hit a multiple of 5, the function would track the count and I would be able to reference this count in another sheet. Is there anyway at all to do this in excel?
