Copying selected cells in excel based on conditional statement

I'm currently working on a clinical database for a hospital clinic. I am using RedCaps to collect this data. The patient records are seperated by events (i.e. initial visit, follow up 1, follow up 2, etc). RedCap exports this data as a separate records with the same record ID however this means that a lot of the registration data (collected at the initial visit) is missing for the follow up records. I want to use excel to try copy these cells (name, dob, address, etc) from the initial visit record to the follow up record based on the condition that the record ID is the same (i.e for the same patient). Some help would be appreciated.

I can probably do it on SAS but I'd like to avoid using that if possible.
