PHP If condition. Only process if conditions are true

It's regarding this WHMCS - Slack alert script >> http://ift.tt/2qB0qyu ( This will alert in slack if someone open a ticket in WHMCS and few other functions via webhook )

This is the problem that I'm having. I only need ticket alerts for some specific departments. ( Currently this script will alert us for all tickets. Regardless of the department ) Eg, for "Support" and for "Sales" only. ( Because the slack room is for my ticket admins and I don't want them to see the billing and other department alerts. )

So is it possible to set an if condition and only alert if the "deptname" variable is "Support" and "Sales"? Or if "deptid" variable is "1" and "2". I know it's possible with an if condition but I'm not that good with PHP and programming so not sure where and how to put this if condition.

Can someone please take a look at the "hooks.php" ( http://ift.tt/2pUEMJ8 ) and could you please let me know how to do it?
