How to swap two digits in python? [duplicate]

I need this for school research "If the T is number that you get by swapping two digits in number D, write program that will make you enter number D and the result will be which number is bigger from them".

e.g If i load D : 23 Then T would be: 32 and the program need to write which number is bigger.
