Condition cell to highlight if "word" appeared one day prior

I have a table. The first column displays dates. Some days there are 10 new entries to the table, some days there are 2, so there isn't a fixed number of entries per day. The date 1/23 may appear 10 times, the date 1/22 may appear twice. The second column in the table displays event names (run, idle, complete, setup, etc.).

Once a new entry is entered, if the event name entered also occurred the day prior, I want that cell to be highlighted.

For example, if I enter the date 1/23/19, then in the cell next to it I enter "idle", I want that cell to automatically highlight if the word "idle" was entered next to any cell containing the date 1/22/19 (one day prior).
