Java, will parentheses affect the if condition [duplicate]

For my particular case, would parentheses affect the if condition?

With Parentheses:

if ( x || (Y && Z) ) {}

Compared to no parentheses:

if ( x || Y && Z ) {}

Would the same result be generated?
