Lookup text from another column based on two values

I'd like to add a column to my table based on values from two different columns.

I have table 1 and 2 as shown above, and I want to populate a "code" column in table 1 with the value taken from the code column in table 2. This should be based on company name, and whether it's type S or N (here I'm only interested in S).

Since it depends on two different values, I can't make it work with VLOOKUP. Is there some sort of if-statement equivalent that I can use for this?
