what's the way to end the program in advance the condition reaches the limit?

##in this python code if any of the teams reaches score 15 it's needed to print that team is the winner and end the game in advance. But um unable to do it, what should I do to make it happen? Moreover, if the game continues till round 5, it should print the game is going to continue till round 4,but the game ends after round 5.How can I adjust this condition in the loop?
