Search for cells in range then output link cells into specific cell

What I would like to do in a excel formula is search my excel book for the color red. If the color red is in a cell I would like to print the cell to the left of it with its corresponding number. Basically the 2 cells are linked. You can see exactly what I am looking for in the photo below.
